FAQs about our Services

  • We have a few criteria for our participants:

    -You are an NDIS participant

    -You are 18 years and older

    -You live in the Northern New South Wales or Gold Coast region

  • We charge the current hourly rate of $193.99, as per NDIS guidelines.

    Charges can include:

    • Face to face appointments

    • Travel (up to 30 minutes each way for regional areas, additional costs if located in rural areas)

    • Report writing

    • Liaison

    • Therapy planning

    • Research

    • Clinical documentation

  • Yes we do!

    For certain assessments we will need to come in person, but where telehealth is a more viable option we can organise that with you.

  • For most services, we can meet you at your residence or out in the community.

    Telehealth is also an option for certain assessments and services.
